Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or 8 years in similar role
• 8+ years of project management experience in design/construction/facilities
• Experience managing interior renovations, site work, or infrastructure in active environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and project-related software
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% across the United States and Canada

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative and coordinate with stakeholders, site leadership, and partners
• Develop project strategy, scope, programming, schedules, and high-level estimates
• Prepare budgets and capital approval packages with Finance
• Lead regular updates, document decisions, and manage risks
• Coordinate design contracts, procurement, and change orders
• Maintain construction documents, schedules, and progress meetings
• Closeout duties including as-built drawings and warranties
• Transition projects to Facilities Services and support move/change management
