Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client seeks a Workplace Design and Construction Project Manager in Solon, OH. The role supports the Construction and Project Management team within Workplace Solutions, serving as the owner's representative to coordinate stakeholders and drive capital projects from concept through turnover.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of PM experience, a built environment background, and proficiency with MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (8+ years in a similar role).
8+ years of project management delivering design, construction, or capital projects.
Experience managing interior renovations or occupied environments.
Ability to travel 20–30% across US & Canada.

Responsibilities

Serve as owner’s representative across business stakeholders and site leadership.
Lead capital projects from early concept through turnover—driving disciplined execution with minimal disruption.
Develop project strategy, scope definition, schedules, high-level estimates, and business cases for capital planning.
Coordinate procurement, RFIs/submittals, safety, and final reconciliation/documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Administration, Project Management or related field
