Job summary

FuseGlobal is seeking a Workplace Design and Construction Project Manager in Solon, OH. This on-site role leads capital projects across corporate, manufacturing, and distribution spaces, from concept through turnover, focusing on safety, quality, financial discipline, and operational continuity.

The role reports to the Director of Construction and Project Management within Workplace Solutions and requires coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in design, construction, facilities, corporate office development, manufacturing, distribution, or capital project delivery.
• Experience managing interior renovations and projects in active operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s representative and primary point of coordination among stakeholders, design teams, and vendors.
• Lead capital project delivery from concept through turnover and closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and governance with clear reporting to leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and business continuity during project execution.
