• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and enrollment activities.
• Experience with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software to track activities and proposals.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with agency and corporate teams.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B sales preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain state insurance licenses (or current licensure in good standing).
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Commitment to ethics, customer service, and supporting diverse workplaces and communities.

Responsibilities
