Job summary

Trove Group is seeking a structured, proactive coordinator to manage new employer benefit cases from verbal commitment to implementation, enrollment, and post-enrollment review. The role acts as the central hub among employers, brokers, Workplace Growth Manager, enrollment teams, and carriers to ensure a smooth experience.

The coordinator will support ICHRA and other workplace benefit solutions, including voluntary benefits, and will drive kickoff planning, enrollment readiness, and timely

Qualifications

• Own the case handoff after the verbal win
• Coordinate onboarding between employer, broker, Workplace Growth Manager, enrollment team, technology partners, carriers, and administrators
• Develop an enrollment plan that fits the employer’s workforce, locations, shifts, and communication needs
• Lead employer implementation and planning and ensure deadlines are met
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Own the case handoff after the verbal win
• Coordinate internal handoffs to confirm employer goals, selected benefits, dates and commitments
• Identify outstanding decisions and required documents to avoid launch delays
• Organize enrollment communications, materials, and meetings for employees
• Track enrollment progress and address deadlines and follow-ups
• Lead post-enrollment review and service handoff with stakeholders
