Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Benefit and Wellness Coordinator to oversee health and welfare benefit programs, enrollments, and related HRIS processes.

This role requires coordinating open enrollments, ACA qualifications, life events, and COBRA administration, while ensuring accurate payroll deductions and timely reporting. The coordinator will partner with brokers, vendors and internal teams to train users, monitor workflows, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering health and welfare benefit programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefit systems.
• Ability to run reports and create Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong communication with brokers, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments/terminations for union and non-union employees.
• Coordinate open enrollment events and ACA qualifications.
• Handle life events changes and COBRA coordination.
• Support training on benefit programs and systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain documentation approvals.
• Resolve HRIS and benefit system issues with vendors.
• Participate in HR meetings and census/data collection projects.
