The role supports ICHRA, ACA, and voluntary benefits, demanding meticulous data handling and deadline-driven execution. You will lead kickoff meetings, validate census data, coordinate notifications, and ensure smooth payroll, funding, and enrollment processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in employee benefits, enrollment coordination or project coordination.
• Strong organization and multitasking to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with employers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail in census data, enrollment records and case docs.
• Familiarity with ICHRA, ACA, voluntary benefits and third-party admins preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own case handoff after verbal win and confirm goals, benefits and dates.
• Lead employer implementation planning, kickoff, enrollment plan and staffing.
• Coordinate technology readiness, setup reviews, and payroll funding with partners.
• Organize employee communication, enrollment meetings and resources.
• Track enrollment progress, follow-ups, and deadlines; keep all parties informed.
• Post-enrollment review, handoff to service team with complete documentation.
