Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a seasoned Workfront System Administrator to manage configuration, governance and integrations across marketing operations. You will bridge technical setup with day-to-day business needs, ensuring scalable, secure Workfront usage.

You will lead onboarding, training, and change-management while delivering data-driven insights and dashboards to diverse stakeholders. This role emphasizes strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workfront administration in marketing operations or agency environments.
• Deep knowledge of Workfront implementation, administration, architecture and reporting.
• Strong fusion development, integration design, testing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: manage system preferences, forms, roles, teams and sandbox environments.
• User management: provisioning accounts, access levels and governance-aligned security.
• Lead deployment of Workfront capabilities across marketing with scalable design.
• Evaluate releases, test updates and perform audits for a clean platform.
• Design and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations with Adobe and other systems.
• Establish governance, release practices and documentation standards.
• Process design: assess workflows, improve governance and platform performance.
• Communicate options and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and data visuals from Workfront data for all audiences.
• Lead onboarding, training, communications and change-management activities.
