MERGE is hiring an Adobe Workfront Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Workfront platform across Production, Preview, and Sandboxes. You will lead user management, templates, layouts, and sandbox governance while delivering robust reporting and data-driven insights for advertising workflows.

Collaborate with project and marketing stakeholders, integrate with AEM Assets and Creative Cloud, and drive adoption through change management and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience.
• Experience managing complex Workfront environments with custom forms and templates.
• Deep expertise in Workfront reporting and wildcard variables.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and org hierarchies.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements into configuration.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary system administrator for all Workfront environments (Production, Preview, Sandboxes).
• Configure system-wide preferences, forms, job roles, and access controls.
• Oversee automated workflows, milestone paths, and global review processes.
• Lead Workfront configuration from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize intake, planning, and reporting for ad workflows.
• Unify Workfront with AEM Assets, GenStudio, Firefly, and Creative Cloud for content creation.
