Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced administrator to own the governance, operation, and administration of its global Adobe Workfront instance. The role serves 55,000+ employees across 40+ teams and requires partnering with intake teams and leadership to evolve the platform roadmap from San Diego, CA.

You will manage access, forms, fields, queues, and dashboards while driving training, adoption, and process standardization across Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years communications/marketing experience or equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of related experience or high school diploma with 7+ years.
• Advanced degrees can substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Own governance: queue architecture, forms, fields, statuses, naming, lifecycle.
• Administer SSO, access levels, groups, templates, and user lifecycle.
• Own platform backlog, roadmap, vendor relations with Adobe, release readiness.
• Lead adoption: training, onboarding, and change communications for users.
• Align processes with marketing to standardize intake and workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards for usage, adoption, and metrics.
