Adobe is seeking a Systems Administrator for Adobe Workfront in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The role is hybrid and focused on configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Workfront processes with concrete emphasis on dashboards and reporting.

Required 5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years with Workfront, plus strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate preferred.

• Ability to gather requirements and map processes to Workfront models.
• Experience configuring forms, templates, dashboards, and reports in Workfront.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide solutions for Workfront upgrades, configurations, and maintenance of processes.
• Gather requirements to solve for a process/workstream and model it in Workfront.
• Design and build Workfront process prototypes and deliver via agile collaboration with business partners.
• Configure Workfront objects (forms, templates, programs, dashboards, reports, approvals, milestones, notifications, groups).
• Execute changes to custom forms with awareness of impact on existing forms.
• Create reports and dashboards to drive process effectiveness.
• Stay informed on quarterly releases and communicate updates to users.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot Workfront issues; coordinate with Workfront support.
• Maintain and manage Workfront Support Queue.
