Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Developer & Administrator to manage and optimize the Workfront platform for multiple client engagements. You will implement advanced configurations, automation, and integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring governance and data quality.

The role requires hands-on Workfront Fusion development, REST API usage, and strong reporting capabilities, with collaboration across PMOs and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, PMO tooling or work management platforms, including 3+ years as Workfront Administrator or Developer.
• Deep knowledge of Workfront objects: projects, tasks, templates, forms, access levels and approval processes.
• Hands-on Workfront Fusion experience building multi-step, production-grade scenarios.
• Experience with Workfront REST API, JSON, webhooks and authentication methods.
• Strong reporting skills with text-mode reports, calculated fields and dashboards.
• Experience with resource and capacity management in Workfront.
• Scripting in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into solution designs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Workfront instance: users, groups, teams, companies, access levels, layouts and security.
• Configure custom forms, fields, calculated fields, templates and routing rules.
• Manage licensing, onboarding/offboarding, and access reviews per governance.
• Maintain data hygiene, naming standards and performance tuning.
• Evaluate quarterly releases and plan production rollout.
• Translate business requirements into Workfront workflows for intake and approvals.
• Build automated processes with Workfront Fusion and queue topics.
• Design resource management setups including capacity planning.
• Configure proof and review workflows for creative and marketing teams.
• Develop integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems (Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint, ERP).
• Use REST API for data sync and bulk operations; build extensions and scripts.
