Job summary

Koch Communications and Marketing (KCM) is seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to lead Adobe Workfront adoption, governance, and reporting across the organization. This role drives templates, dashboards, and training to empower Marketing Managers, Associate Creative Directors, and production teams to own projects with improved accuracy and velocity.

Your impact will be measured by workfront adoption, data quality, portfolio visibility, and consistent cross-functional execution

Qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Adobe Workfront in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Ability to build and manipulate Workfront reports, dashboards, and forms.
Experience training users and enabling ownership of processes and projects.
Strong analytical skills to validate data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with practitioners and leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as Workfront subject matter expert within the creative organization.
Configure, maintain, and improve Workfront templates, dashboards, and notifications.
Establish standards for project setup, time entry, and governance to protect reporting integrity.
Partner with admins and tech teams on platform configuration, integrations, and release readiness.
Develop training materials and enable cross-team onboarding and self-service adoption.
Provide reporting and analytics to improve visibility into capacity, demand, and delivery.
