Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a seasoned Workfront System Administrator to lead configuration, maintenance, and integration across our marketing workflows.

You will manage user access, data integrity, and governance while delivering scalable solutions in an agile environment. The role emphasizes Fusion development, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with process owners to optimize platform performance and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience in marketing, marketing operations or agencies.
• Deep knowledge of Workfront implementation, administration, architecture, configuration and reporting.
• Strong Workfront Fusion development, integration design, testing, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, dashboard and data-visualization skills translating data into insights.
• Customer-focused problem-solving and ability to balance urgent needs with improvements.
• Strong communication to translate complex workflows for varied stakeholders.
• Experience leading onboarding, training, adoption and change management.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage competing priorities in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage system-wide preferences, forms, roles, teams and sandbox environments.
• Provision and maintain user accounts with governance and security standards.
• Lead deployment and adoption of Workfront capabilities across marketing.
• Evaluate feature releases, test updates, conduct audits to maintain a scalable platform.
• Design, build, document, monitor and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations.
• Establish governance, design standards and release practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess workflows and improve platform performance.
• Develop reporting and data visualizations from Workfront data.
• Lead onboarding, training, and change-management activities.
