Job summary

Endeavors Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the CBP Workforce Wellness program in the U.S. This role oversees daily operations, ensures timely delivery of services, and manages budgets and resources.

You will coordinate with a range of partners, monitor performance, and advance wellness initiatives for personnel and families. The position requires a health-sciences related undergraduate degree and at least five years of leadership and program-management experience, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field; five years of progressively responsible people management and operations experience.
Experience with budgeting, program management, and project delivery within a regulated or government-contractor setting.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including law enforcement personnel and community partners.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the CBP Workforce Wellness program and track KPI data.
Manage budgets, resources and staff, ensuring contractual deliverables and reporting deadlines.
Coordinate services with community partners and COR to align objectives and improve outcomes.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and process improvements to ensure operational consistency.
Represent the program in leadership meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
