Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Health and Wellness Practitioner to design and deliver holistic wellness programs for CBP personnel and families. The role focuses on mental well-being, resilience, and stress reduction through coaching, workshops, and mindfulness interventions.

Preferred NBC-HWC certification and related education, with 2+ years of wellness coaching experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required; a government background investigation will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in wellness coaching, stress management, or mindfulness coaching.
• Driver’s License with clean record and ability to pass a government background investigation.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate individual and group wellness coaching sessions, focusing on stress management, emotional resilience, and well-being.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and positive psychology techniques to guide clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Lead wellness workshops and educational sessions on mindfulness, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and self-care.
• Provide mindfulness-based interventions, including guided meditation and breathing exercises.
• Support clients in identifying stressors, setting wellness goals, and creating action plans.
• Collaborate with Health and Fitness Coaches to ensure integrated wellness approaches.
• Coordinate with external entities to enhance wellness programming, workshops, and events.
• Maintain confidential client records and track progress in compliance with standards.
• Offer resources and referrals for additional wellness support as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to empower clients and families.
