Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an accomplished Manager in our Workforce Transformation Change Management practice, providing leadership, expertise, and drive for business development to client engagements and delivery teams.

From day one, you’ll be empowered by the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision, excel in change enablement, and support M&A and HR transformation activities across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
• Certifications in change management or related areas preferred (Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance change management effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and drive change enablement with SMEs.
• Manage project planning, execution, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops, including problem solving and requirements gathering.
• Provide guidance and QA on deliverables; manage budgets and resources.
• Support business development through proposals, RFI responses, and client interactions.
• Mentor staff and support year-end performance reviews.
• Adapt to HR transformation, payroll impacts, and due diligence activities.
