Job summary

Grant Thornton is hiring a Workforce Transformation Senior Associate to guide clients through governance, program leadership, process improvement, and change management across payroll, HR, and organizational initiatives.

You will partner across service lines to support complex engagements, advise stakeholders, and help drive business development, delivering actionable plans and measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of related consulting experience preferred.
• Change management, program management or related certifications preferred (Prosci, PMP, Lean, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply GT methodologies across workforce transformation engagements.
• Support development of scalable approaches for workforce and operational change.
• Understand client workforce operations, governance, and business drivers.
• Design and execute integrated communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate client workshops.
• Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Identify constraints and translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Proactively manage workstreams and contribute to timely delivery.
