Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director for Workforce Transformation Change Management to lead engagement delivery teams and provide change leadership across client projects. You’ll shape strategy, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables while driving client value and growth.

You will guide cross‑functional partnerships, develop proposals, and evolve AI-enabled methodologies to transform workforce readiness and adoption across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, Finance, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant degree required.
• 12+ years of related work experience in change management consulting or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy and lead multiple engagement delivery teams.
• Oversee PM activities including planning, budgeting, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Meet or exceed strategic goals, including utilization and sales targets.
• Develop relationships across service lines to pursue opportunities and scope/pricing.
• Lead development of proposals and client presentations for Workforce Transformation.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate change management delivery and outcomes for clients.
