Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a consulting setting.
• Certifications in change management or project management preferred (Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance change management effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% (up to 80%).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery strategy, outcomes, and SME in Change Enablement.
• Manage project planning, execution, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Present to large groups and facilitate client workshops and readouts.
• Understand client operations and adapt to their culture to drive success.
• Provide QA on deliverables and manage budgets and resources.
• Support business development with proposals and client interactions.
• Develop new contracts and statements of work; mentor staff.
