Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field such as Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or HR.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience; consulting background preferred.
• Certifications in change management, project management, or process improvement are preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance change management effectiveness.
• Experience in large-scale business transformation programs (ERP, operating model design, shared services).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery strategy, outcomes, and SME guidance for Change Enablement engagements.
• Manage planning, execution, status reporting, and risk mitigation of projects.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, problem solving, and deliverable readouts.
• Understand client operations, culture, and drivers to tailor change plans.
• Provide quality reviews on deliverables from team members.
