Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Manager in Workforce Transformation Change Management to lead client engagements and drive organizational change initiatives across ERP implementations and enterprise programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice preferred.
• Change management, program management, financial, accounting, process improvement or other relevant certifications is preferred (Prosci, CCMP, La Marsh, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CPP, etc.).
• Experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities to enhance change management effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery: approach, deliverables, outcomes, and serve as SME on Change Enablement engagements.
• Manage project planning, execution, status reporting, and risk mitigation to meet client expectations.
• Present to large groups, facilitate client meetings, workshops, and deliverable readouts.
• Understand client operations and culture to tailor change management efforts for success.
• Provide quality assurance on deliverables from project resources.
