Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workforce Reinvention Manager who can bridge business and talent strategies at scale. You will lead data-driven workforce transformation programs leveraging AI and analytics to shape experience-led initiatives across Digital, Cloud, and Enterprise Functions.

You will mentor teams, drive client engagements, and help design operating models that let humans excel in judgment and creativity while machines handle routine work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of AI-enabled workforce transformation experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.

Responsibilities

• Shape experience-led Workforce Reinvention programs using data and analytics.
• Lead project teams on AI and automation impact assessment and transformation pathways.
• Design workforce reinvention strategies for future roles across enterprise, function and workforce.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to reshape work.
• Identify how roles must evolve and what should shift to machines to maximize human value.
• Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment and creativity.
• Co-create enterprise-wide reinvention conversations aligning workforce transformation to business strategy and value creation.
• Drive change programs moving organizations from analysis to action and support blended human–machine teams.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development and proposals.
• Contribute to culture building, recruiting, and whitepapers.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as needed based on client expectations.
