Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience managing or coordinating multiple programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Willing to obtain a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the full curriculum of training programs.
• Facilitate the Performance Management Program advising employees.
• Develop and maintain program-specific dashboards and reports.

Skills

Strong knowledge of federal workforce regulations

Experience as an instructor or facilitator

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience reviewing and editing official documents

Demonstrated experience providing support to diverse audiences

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
