Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workforce Support Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of workforce programs, including training delivery, performance management, deployment lifecycle, and space planning. You will ensure compliance with agency guidance and provide data-driven updates to leadership.

Duties include end-to-end training coordination, lifecycle deployment management, and development of dashboards to track key metrics for training, performance, and space utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, Business, Psychology).
• 5–7 years coordinating multiple programs in dynamic environments; more if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver complete training curricula including scheduling, logistics, and speaker coordination.
• Manage end-to-end deployment readiness, travel, and security requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track training, performance, and space utilization.
• Review feedback and materials to recommend updates and improvements.
• Lead training on analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206).
• Serve as primary contact for performance management and deployment matters.
• Maintain the directorate’s space implementation plan and occupancy optimization.
• Prepare program briefs and status reports for leadership.
