Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Workforce Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery of workforce programs, including training, performance management, deployment readiness, and space planning. You will act as a key liaison for employees and managers while ensuring compliance with agency guidance and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology, 5–7 years of program coordination, and strong DCIPS/analytic tradecraft knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 5–7 years in managing or coordinating multiple programs; 7–10+ years if no degree.
• Strong knowledge of federal workforce regulations and DCIPS principles.
• Instructing or facilitating experience with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tasks.
• Experience editing official documents or intelligence reports with analytic standards (ICD 203, 206).
• Experience collaborating with diverse audiences, including employees with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the full curriculum of training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
• Facilitate the Performance Management Program (DCIPS) and track progress.
• Provide full lifecycle coordination for deployments (readiness, travel, medical/security).
• Develop dashboards and reports to track metrics for training, performance, and space use.
• Draft position descriptions from OCONUS requirements and advise on deployment selection.
• Review training feedback and materials to propose improvements.
• Lead training on analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206).
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on performance and deployment matters.
• Maintain directorate space implementation plans and optimize seating.
