Job summary

Saic is looking for a Workforce Support Specialist to manage and coordinate critical workforce support programs in Springfield, VA. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs including logistics.
• Facilitate Performance Management Program (DCIPS) for the workforce.
• Manage personnel deployments including readiness and scheduling.
• Develop dashboards to track key metrics for various programs.
