Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC in the United States seeks a Workforce Support Specialist to oversee training, deployment lifecycle, and performance management programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and leadership-ready data updates.

The role requires experience managing multiple programs, DCIPS proficiency, and strong communication. You will develop dashboards, coordinate travel, and maintain space plans while supporting diverse teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
5–7 years managing or coordinating multiple programs in a fluid environment; 7–10+ years if no degree.
Knowledge of federal workforce regulations including DCIPS.
Experience as instructor/facilitator with strong oral and written communication.
MS Office proficiency, especially Excel for data sorting and reporting.
Experience editing official documents or intelligence reports with ICD 203/206.
Experience collaborating with diverse audiences, including employees with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver full training program curricula including scheduling and speaker coordination.
Advise and track progress in the DCIPS Performance Management Program.
Provide full lifecycle coordination for deployments: readiness, travel, medical/security requirements.
Develop dashboards and reports to track metrics for training, performance, and space utilization.
Draft position descriptions based on OCONUS requirements and recommend deployment selections.
Review training feedback and materials to propose updates and improvements.
Lead training on analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206) and create reference tools.
Serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers on performance and deployment matters.
Maintain directorate space implementation plans and optimize seating; manage deployments data (DeployNet).
Prepare briefs, status reports, and leadership correspondence.
