Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing or coordinating multiple programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203, 206).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs.
• Facilitate Performance Management Program (DCIPS).
• Provide lifecycle coordination for personnel deployments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of federal workforce regulations

Experience as an instructor or facilitator

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience reviewing official documents

Collaborating with diverse audiences

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
