Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing. We seek a Workforce Systems Analyst to own execution of documentation, skills tracking, and compliance content across multiple systems.

You will translate SME materials into structured content, manage revisions, and collaborate with Training Specialists and SMEs to enable scalable training and audits. In this role, you will maintain the skills matrix and LMS content, ensure system hygiene, and support new

Qualifications

• Experience turning SME input into structured content across systems.
• Ability to manage content revisions and publish to multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with training documentation and compliance topics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capability Knowledge Coding: structure raw capability data into system entries and documentation.
• Content Revisioning: manage updates across processes, ensure published accuracy.
• New Process Documentation: develop docs once processes clear for technician handoff.
• Trainee Handbooks: identify knowledge requirements and draft trainee handbooks.
• Documentation Maintenance: audit, reformat, and maintain training content for audits.
• Skills Matrix Administration: update skills data in the matrix platform.
• LMS Administration: maintain courses, edit data, and build e-learning content.
• System Hygiene: ensure spaces, data, and records are audit-ready.
