Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing in the United States. The Program Manager, Workforce Systems will architect the Capability OS, define documentation standards, and own training systems as Hadrian scales across new factory locations.

In this builder role, you will create missing systems, influence engineering and knowledge governance, and partner with product managers to translate gaps into actionable requirements while mentoring a junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; STEM-adjacent degrees considered.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, engineering, project management, or L&D in a technical setting.
• Proven ownership of building systems from conception to launch in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, operations, quality, and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Define standards for training programs, documentation, and LMS content as new capabilities come online.
• Lead training program development with a systems-engineering mindset.
• Own intake lifecycle for new capabilities from engineering to cross-system deployment.
• Translate role competencies into structured, measurable training programs.
• Maintain a consistent global framework across factory locations.
• Monitor data health, documentation gaps, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate issues into clear requirements.
• Mentor the Workforce Systems Analyst on documentation and systems discipline.
