Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing in the U.S. This role sits in Workforce Development and owns the Capability OS—defining documentation, skills data, LMS content, and OJT programs that scale with the company.

The Workforce Systems Engineer will architect from ground up, set what good looks like, and maintain system integrity as Hadrian grows across new factory locations and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing, or Chemical preferred) or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, or a technically grounded L&D environment.
• Experience building systems, defining standards, and leading program builds from scratch in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, operations, quality, and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive foundational design decisions for Hadrian's Capability OS and define standards for training programs, documentation, and LMS content.
• Lead training program development from requirements to production.
• Own the intake lifecycle for new capabilities and ensure cross‑system deployment across skills matrix, LMS, OJT content, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with operations to define role competencies and translate them into structured training programs.
• Own a global standard across factory locations and ensure scalable documentation and data consistency.
• Monitor Capability OS health and address data/documentation gaps before they become blockers.
• Partner with product managers to translate issues into clear software requirements.
• Mentor the Workforce Systems Analyst on documentation standards and system discipline.
