Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories and expanding rapidly across the United States. The Workforce Systems team owns the operating system for training infrastructure, including skills data, documentation standards, LMS content, and OJT programs that ensure every technician is prepared to operate safely and effectively.

You will drive design decisions for the capability OS, lead training program development, and own the intake lifecycle for new capabilities from engineering to deployed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing, or Chemical) or related technical field.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience considered for candidates with Technical Writing or STEM-adjacent discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define standards and design the Capability OS training infrastructure.
• Architect and deliver training program content for production readiness.
• Oversee intake for new capabilities from engineering to cross-system deployment.
• Collaborate with operations to define role-specific competencies and translate into measurable programs.
• Maintain a global, scalable standard across all factory locations.
• Monitor data health, documentation gaps, and capacity constraints to prevent blockers.
• Partner with product managers to convert needs into system requirements.
• Mentor the Workforce Systems Analyst on documentation and standards.
