Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing in the US. The Workforce Systems team owns the Capability OS, including training data, documentation standards, LMS content, and OJT programs that empower technicians and operators to learn safely and effectively.

We’re seeking a Workforce Systems Engineer to architect the Capability OS from the ground up, define what good looks like across documentation and capability coding, and ensure scalable training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering or learning & development environment.
• Experience building systems from scratch and defining standards in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define standards for training programs, documentation, and LMS content as new capabilities come online.
• Lead program development with a systems engineering mindset from requirements to production.
• Own full intake lifecycle for new capabilities across skills matrix, LMS, OJT content, and evaluations.
