Hadrian is transforming American manufacturing by building autonomous factories and a comprehensive training program. The Workforce Development team ensures all documentation, skills tracking, and compliance content are complete and production-ready, enabling rapid scaling across Hadrian’s factories.

You will own the execution of documentation and systems work, translating SME knowledge into structured content, and maintaining accuracy across platforms to support training and audits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in documentation, data, and audits.
• Translate raw SME information into structured, multi-system content.
• Manage updates through controlled revision processes and standards.
• Proficient in using multiple systems and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Structure raw capability information into systems, including skills matrices and documentation.
• Revise existing content per process changes and publish across systems.
• Create and update trainee handbooks outlining foundational knowledge for each role.
• Collaborate with SMEs and training leads to develop process documentation.
• Audit and maintain training content across stations to meet standards and audits.
• Update skills data within the matrix platform according to defined processes.
• Maintain LMS content, data, and create e-learning for compliance topics.
• Ensure documentation spaces and records are accurate and auditable.
