Hadrian is hiring a Workforce Systems Analyst to own the execution of documentation, skills tracking, and compliance content across multiple systems. You will translate raw capability data into structured content and ensure accuracy to support training and production readiness on the factory floor.

You will revise existing content, develop new process documentation, and build trainee handbooks while maintaining system hygiene and overseeing LMS administration.

• Documentation Maintenance: audit and maintain training docs and ensure audit readiness.
• Skills Matrix Administration: update skills data within the matrix platform.
• LMS Administration: maintain courses and build e-learning content.
• System Hygiene: keep docs, data, and records accurate and organized.
