Hadrian is hiring a Workforce Systems Analyst to structure capability data into multiple systems, manage revision control, and produce trainee handbooks aligned with new processes. You will collaborate with training teams and SMEs to translate technical content into clear documentation used on the factory floor.

You will maintain LMS content, audit documentation for compliance, and ensure data accuracy across skills matrices and certification records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage updates through proper revision processes to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities
