Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. This role focuses on quality engineering to ensure customer requirements are met and integrated into Hadrian’s automation systems.

You will lead audits, develop QMS, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. With a strong background in AS9100, lean principles, and project management, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant quality solutions and enable scalable production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Awareness of lean principles and continuous improvement methodology.
• Experience with complex quality specifications, including customer flowdowns.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100 standards and experience managing customer audits and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers by mapping their quality requirements and performing gap assessments.
• Work with the automation team to integrate new customer quality processes into automation systems.
• Act as a project manager for customer and 3rd party audits, ensuring pre-audit tasks are completed and post-audit actions documented.
• Drive data-driven process improvements based on quality specifications and flow downs from customers.
• Develop and refine the Quality Management System to meet industry benchmarks and integrate with automation tools.
• Create quality plans and protocols with quality and manufacturing teams.
• Serve as product owner for quality-related automation tools to meet customer and production needs.
