You will translate SME knowledge into structured content used across the LMS, skills matrix, and auditing systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness on the factory floor.

• Capability Knowledge Coding: structure raw capability information into systems, including skills matrix entries, documentation, evaluations, and compliance course assignments.
• Content Revisioning: manage the revision process for existing content, ensuring publication accuracy across systems.
• New Process Documentation: collaborate with Training Specialists and SMEs to document new processes after clearance for technician handoff.
• Trainee Handbooks: develop trainee handbooks outlining foundational knowledge per role.
• Documentation Maintenance: audit and maintain training content across stations to meet fixed standards and ensure audit readiness.
• Skills Matrix Administration: enter and maintain skills data in the matrix platform.
• LMS Administration: maintain compliance courses and build e-learning content.
• System Hygiene: keep spaces, data, and records well-organized for audits.
