Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company workforce strategy to drive productivity and 4-wall profitability.
• Lead census and store org chart evaluation and updates.
• Manage payroll budget and payroll communications with field leadership.
• Lead change management to optimize labor model and field engagement.
• Oversee payroll calculations, payout, and reporting process.
• Support KPI initiatives and project implementations in Retail Operations.
