Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Retail Technology professional to support and enhance the global Workforce Management (WFM) platform (UKG) powering scheduling, time and attendance, labor forecasting, budgeting and analytics across the U.S. market.

You will partner with business stakeholders, vendors and offshore teams to deliver operational support, system improvements and projects while ensuring system availability and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 4+ years in IT application support or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise applications; WFM/retail tech preferred.
• Experience with third-party vendors and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, enhancements, and operation of retail tech solutions across the region.
• Serve as regional SME for store systems and processes.
• Deliver high-quality support while meeting SLAs and IT processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, SOX, and global standards.
• Partner with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects lifecycle.
• Collaborate on phased store rollouts using agile practices.
• Participate in SIT and UAT to ensure requirements are met.
