Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Retail management experience in a high-volume store.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends; travel as required.
• Ability to maneuver around store and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proven track record of building relationships.
• Business acumen and planning skills.
