Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an experienced IT professional to support and optimize the global Workforce Management platform (UKG) for its U.S. retail operations.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure system availability and effective incident resolution. Responsibilities include deployment, enhancements, and phased store rollouts, plus integration with POS, analytics, and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 4+ years of IT application support, systems operations, or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise applications, system implementations, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, enhancement, and operation of retail tech solutions across the region.
• Serve as regional SME for store systems, providing operational and technical guidance.
• Deliver high-quality support while meeting SLAs and IT processes.
• Ensure SOX compliance and global technology standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects.
• Plan and implement system upgrades and new tech solutions across stores.
• Assist with phased store rollouts using agile delivery practices.
• Participate in SIT/UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Develop documentation and knowledge articles for support transitions.
• Provide training to users and support teams to drive adoption.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks to ensure success.
• Conduct periodic store visits to support implementations and readiness.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
