Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT application support, systems operations, technology delivery, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and participating in system implementations, enhancements, integrations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preferred experience with Workforce Management (WFM), HR systems, or retail technology platforms such as POS, traffic analytics, inventory management, or mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Jira, Zoom, and other collaboration and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, with bilingual Chinese and English preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, enhancement, and operation of retail tech solutions across the region.
• Serve as regional SME for store systems and processes, providing guidance.
• Deliver high-quality support services meeting SLAs and IT processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and global tech standards.
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to deliver projects across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors to plan and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Support phased store rollouts using agile delivery practices.
• Participate in SIT and UAT to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain functional requirements and support docs.
• Deliver training to business users and support teams to drive adoption.
