You will balance service expectations with compliance and drive efficient, ethical scheduling across the property.

The role emphasizes collaboration with department leaders, optimization of staffing models, and monitoring key performance indicators to support seamless guest experiences at our iconic resort

Qualifications

• High-volume scheduling experience preferred
• Timekeeping accuracy
• Stakeholder collaboration
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to complete daily scheduling tasks, including managing leave requests and callouts
• Serve as SME on Workforce Management software and processes
• Partner with department leaders to create scheduling solutions
• Suggest scheduling changes and new business models
• Identify best practices to optimize staffing while respecting labor agreements and compliance
• Monitor KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT
