Qualifications

• 18+ years of age is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in workforce management or scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to complete daily scheduling tasks, including leave requests and callouts
• Serve as SME on Workforce Management software and processes
• Create scheduling solutions reflecting business demands and staffing levels
• Suggest scheduling changes and model new business approaches
• Ensure scheduling adheres to labor agreements and equity
• Balance scheduling with service expectations and compliance
• Track system issues and downtime
• Monitor KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT daily/weekly/monthly
