Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of relevant experience required
• Experience with scheduling and timekeeping processes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to complete daily scheduling tasks including leaves and callouts
• Serve as SME on Workforce Management software and processes
• Create scheduling solutions reflecting business demands and staffing efficiency
• Suggest scheduling changes and develop new business models
• Identify best practices to balance staffing with labor agreements and ethical scheduling
• Ensure scheduling complies with current laws and regulations
• Track system issues and downtime
• Monitor KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT regularly
