Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Workforce Management Supervisor to oversee daily scheduling and labor planning across the property, driving operational efficiency and ensuring a superior guest experience.

In this role you will lead the Workforce Management team, collaborate with department schedulers and managers, implement scheduling enhancements, and ensure staffing levels meet business needs while adhering to labor agreements.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Workforce Management team with daily scheduling, covering leaves and call outs.
• Collaborate with department schedulers and managers to ensure staffing levels and efficiency.
• Devise scheduling enhancements and new business models.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize staffing and scheduling improvements.
• Discover best practices to maximize staffing while complying with labor agreements.
• Adhere to ethics and equity when supervising Workforce Management Specialists.
