Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Workforce Management Supervisor for the Aria Restaurant Division to lead scheduling, coverage for leave, and workload balancing, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

You will partner with department schedulers and managers to optimize staffing, implement scheduling enhancements and new models while adhering to labor agreements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Workforce Management team by ensuring completion of daily scheduling tasks, including securing coverage for leave requests and call outs, balancing workloads, and providing development to enhance scheduling solutions.
• Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies.
• Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize staffing, drive scheduling improvements, and develop innovative business models.
• Adhere to labor agreements and regulations in managing Workforce Management Specialists.
