Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Workforce Management Supervisor for The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. You will lead daily scheduling, secure coverage for leaves, and balance workloads across departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

You will collaborate with schedulers and managers to optimize staffing, develop innovative scheduling models, and ensure adherence to labor agreements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management or scheduling in a hospitality or gaming environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling tasks and secure coverage for leave requests and call outs.
• Collaborate with department schedulers and managers to ensure accurate staffing levels.
• Devise scheduling enhancements and create new staffing models.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize staffing and drive scheduling improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor agreements and regulations while managing WB staff.
